本網(wǎng)訊 7月18日，農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村部召開離退休干部工作領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組會(huì)議，聽取離退休干部局2023年有關(guān)工作情況匯報(bào)，審議為老同志辦實(shí)事清單，研究部署推動(dòng)2024年重點(diǎn)工作。受部黨組書記韓俊委托，部黨組成員、副部長，部離退休干部工作領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組副組長鄧小剛主持會(huì)議并講話。?
會(huì)議指出，2023年，農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村部深入貫徹落實(shí)習(xí)近平總書記關(guān)于老干部工作的重要論述和重要指示批示精神，服務(wù)管理更加科學(xué)規(guī)范，老同志滿意度持續(xù)提高，離退休干部工作取得了積極成效。?
會(huì)議要求，2024年離退休干部工作，要堅(jiān)持不懈用習(xí)近平新時(shí)代中國特色社會(huì)主義思想凝心鑄魂，持續(xù)抓好離退休干部黨的創(chuàng)新理論和黨紀(jì)學(xué)習(xí)，強(qiáng)化對老同志在社會(huì)組織兼職等重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域的監(jiān)督管理，大力推進(jìn)離退休干部黨組織有形覆蓋、有效覆蓋。要持續(xù)深化“增添正能量·共筑中國夢”系列活動(dòng)，扎實(shí)做好離退休干部先進(jìn)集體和先進(jìn)個(gè)人評選表彰及推優(yōu)工作，有效推進(jìn)“鄉(xiāng)村振興志愿行”活動(dòng)，充分發(fā)揮農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村部老同志的優(yōu)勢和特長。要進(jìn)一步把服務(wù)保障工作做精做實(shí)做細(xì)，運(yùn)用好信息化建設(shè)成果，繼續(xù)辦好老年大學(xué)，滿足老同志多元化的精神文化養(yǎng)老需求，幫助老同志共享改革發(fā)展成果、安享幸福晚年。各單位要進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)化組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，把離退休干部工作擺上重要議事日程，堅(jiān)持嚴(yán)管和厚愛相結(jié)合，努力培養(yǎng)一支政治堅(jiān)定、業(yè)務(wù)精通、作風(fēng)優(yōu)良的離退休干部工作隊(duì)伍。要高質(zhì)量落實(shí)落細(xì)任務(wù)清單，切實(shí)為老同志辦好提供物業(yè)便民服務(wù)、開展集中走訪慰問等12件實(shí)事，進(jìn)一步提升老同志的幸福感和滿意度。?
